Mix all spices together in a bowl. Store in a cool, dark place in a tightly lidded jar for up to 6 months if it lasts that long!

Nigella, also known as black onion seed, or Kalongi is a really good spice to have on hand. Use it to sprinkle on meats before grilling to give them an exotic taste.You can add this mixture to a spice blender and keep some ground to add awesome flavor to curries and soups.
