Moroccan Spice Rub

This rub is delicious sprinkled on any meat before you grill it. Add some salt to the mix and maybe some brown sugar to help the meat to caramalize while it’s grilling. Otherwise, use this in tagines and casseroles to give any dish an exotic flair

  • 1 tbsp. ground turmeric
  • 2 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
