Piri Piri Sauce

Piri Piri Sauce

Serve with chicken, steak, fish, or eggs. Use this in Piri Piri Chicken. You can make it as spicy or mild as you like.

Ingredients

  • 10 Red piri piri or fresno chiles (remove seeds, for a milder sauce)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 Cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients into a chunky sauce. Add water to help it blend if needed.
    Refrigerate, covered in glass jar, for up to 2 weeks.
